RE: Authorization for Data Synchronization and Account Access
The undersigned (the "User"), by electronic registration, hereby grants SSK Portal the authority to act as a digital representative. This includes the legal right to access, synchronize, and process metadata from the User's registered email address and associated digital profiles.
Similar to standard data processing agreements within the European Economic Area (EEA), this Fullmacht extends to all profile media, photos, and historical account data required for the completion of the "Immigration Awareness & Authentication" study.
This authorization is strictly for the purpose of verifying residency status, identifying administrative bottlenecks, and training AI models for national immigration awareness.
This Fullmacht is valid from the moment of account creation. The User may request a revocation of this authority by deactivating their account, subject to the retention of data already processed for the ongoing study.
